From the establishing shot to the city beyond
The purple door is fiction, but the corner of Bedford and Grove gives Friends its recurring New York threshold. This World keeps that exterior separate from the Los Angeles stages where the apartments and Central Perk were built.
Read in this order, then plan travel between the public locations. Historical references and private properties are not visitor stops. This is a story sequence, not a timed walking itinerary.
