7th Street / Metro Center

The Delicate video descends from hotel and theatre opulence into the transit system. The station is a separate real location, joined to the Biltmore and Los Angeles Theatre by the video’s invisible-night conceit.

The descent into anonymity

After gilded rooms and public scrutiny, the station extends Delicate’s fantasy of moving through the city unseen. It is one of several separate locations edited into a single liberated night.
