Two doors
One was home, one was filmed
Wikipedia says 22 Tepeji Street, Colonia Roma, is the house where the film was shot, and that a plaque there marks it.
The Boston Globe says visitors photograph the filming house from outside, and that its plaque reads “Aqui Se Filmo ROMA”.
The team bought an empty house in Colonia Roma that was slated for demolition, and used it as a set and as a shelter for interiors in the rainy season.
The location manager says the team looked at about 150 houses. Cuarón wanted double-height ceilings and a garage. The location manager says two avenue sets were built from scratch on a federal government site found with Google Earth: Insurgentes Avenue with the cinema street, and the avenue where the mother crashes between two trucks.
Two private homes on a residential street, so no address is pinned here. Wikipedia says a plaque marks the filming house; look from the pavement and keep to it.
