Built in 1883, this Queen Anne-style triplex rowhouse is clad in red brick with a gable parapet, arched bays, one-over-one windows, limestone trim, decorative patterned brickwork and decorative terra cotta relief panels, and a painted brick facade at the westernmost house, which has been modified with the addition of an enclosed front sun porch. The building is characteristic of the Victorian-era rowhouses that can be found in Chicago’s various neighborhoods.. Openly licensed photograph selected near the verified coordinates.
