Martin Scorsese filmed it on the streets it shows. Most of them have changed out of all recognition. Flag the cab and run the meter between the places that are left.

The fare map

Run the meter
between the real places.

In the summer of 1975 a New York cab charged 65 cents for the first sixth of a mile and 10 cents for each sixth after: the 1974 rate, which held until 1977. Today a yellow cab charges $3.00 to start and 70 cents for each fifth of a mile. Pick a pick-up and a drop-off; the meter runs both, as the crow flies.
